The technology is good enough to be indispensable and flawed enough to make you question the nature of reality, and after a year of using it for nearly everything, I&rsquo;ve started keeping a list of the specific ways it fails. The failures are rarely dramatic. They are, however, <em>weirdly consistent</em>, to the point where you start recognizing the exact moment a conversation is about to go sideways.</p>
